- Mix Dry Ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug (12 oz or larger), add:- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Stir to combine.
- Add Wet Ingredients
Add:- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Stir until smooth. No lumps!
- Optional Filling
Drop a spoonful of Nutella or chocolate chips in the center. - Microwave
Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds (watch closely). It should rise and look set but still moist. - Cool & Enjoy
Let it sit for 1 minute before eating. Optional: top with whipped cream, ice cream, or fruit.
