0-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a microwave-safe mug (12 oz or larger), add:

    • 4 tbsp flour
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 4 tbsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • Pinch of salt
      Stir to combine.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients
    Add:

    • 3 tbsp milk
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
      Stir until smooth. No lumps!
  3. Optional Filling
    Drop a spoonful of Nutella or chocolate chips in the center.
  4. Microwave
    Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds (watch closely). It should rise and look set but still moist.
  5. Cool & Enjoy
    Let it sit for 1 minute before eating. Optional: top with whipped cream, ice cream, or fruit.
