10 foods made in China that are full of plastic, pesticides, and carcinogenic chemicals

Recently, I published an article about fake rice being produced in China. The rice is made from plastic, believe it or not, and nobody is doing anything about it. Naturally, as a health advocate and researcher of food and how food is processed, I thought, this is going way too far.Buy vitamins and supplementsGroceries

Plastic rice? Even ingesting small amounts of plastic is terrible for the digestive system and hormones. The BPA (a chemical) in plastic mimics estrogen, and this hormone spikes in the body when BPA is ingested. Eat plastic rice, and you’re essentially asking to die young from breast cancer.

Every now and then, I hear something crazy about China like this, and I’ve always been wary of food from China for this reason. You have to consider that not only is food shipped halfway around the world (just think about what could happen during that time and the potential for exposure or contamination), but beyond that, look at what some Chinese companies are doing to food. They’re adulterating it and making it as cheap as humanly possible. China is using the innovative methods they employ to manufacture inexpensive technology, toys, and other consumer goods, and applying that same mindset to food, which is dangerous.

1. Tilapia:Tilapia is a common farmed fish in China. These fish are among the worst, most toxic, and unhealthy you can encounter. A tilapia eats almost anything, much like a cleaner fish, and the fish farm is a small pool of water filled with waste in which the fish live. This is one of the worst fish purchases you could make, and it’s well known that in China, seafood producers won’t even let their own children eat the seafood they produce, which should raise a red flag. 80% of tilapia comes from China.Groceries

3. Cod:

Cod is another type of fish that is farmed in China. This fish is unhealthy and lives in its own waste. Do not buy farmed cod.

4. Chinese Apple Juice:

Believe it or not, about 50% of the world’s apple juice comes from China. China is the world’s largest producer of pesticides, and they haven’t even begun to address the problem of pesticide residues or chemicals in food. I recommend avoiding apple juice altogether, for yourself and your children. Fruit juice is too high in sugar, and it’s better to mix it with vegetable juice for your blood sugar levels.
