Introduction

In a world where cooking has become increasingly hectic and recipes are often forgotten, there are some dishes that deserve to be jealously guarded. These recipes are not just a combination of ingredients, but tell stories, traditions, and memories. In this article, I share a special recipe that I sent to all those who welcomed me with warmth and affection. It’s a dish that combines flavor and conviviality, perfect for any occasion.

1. The value of traditional recipes

1.1. A link with history

Every recipe has a story. Traditional dishes are often passed down from generation to generation, bringing with them the flavors of yesteryear and the experiences of those who prepared them. These recipes represent a connection to the past, a way to honor our roots and keep the memory of loved ones alive.

1.2. Union and conviviality

Cooking and sharing a meal is one of the oldest ways to bring people together. Traditional recipes have the power to bring families and friends together around a table, creating moments of joy and togetherness. Each bite is a reminder of the affection and care with which it was prepared.

  2. First layer  : Spread a light layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan. Arrange the lasagna sheets, covering them well.
  3. Topping  : Add a third of the ricotta mixture and a little mozzarella. Cover with another layer of tomato sauce.

  1. Preheat the oven  : Set the oven to 180°C.
