For the Carrot Cake Batter:

- 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.08 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 0.08 cup vegetable oil or canola
- 0.08 cup granulated sugar
- 0.08 cup light brown sugar packed
- 0.33 large eggs
- 0.17 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 cups finely grated carrots about 3 medium
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
- 1.33 oz cream cheese softened
- 0.04 cup granulated sugar
- 0.17 large egg
- 0.08 teaspoon vanilla extract
