Apple pie ultra delicious

1. Simply peel and core the apples, then slice them thinly. Drizzle with lemon juice and set aside. Grease a 26cm springform pan.

2. Then knead the flour, butter, sugar, egg, salt, and baking powder into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Now mix the quark, cream cheese, pudding powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then, thoroughly mix in the eggs one at a time.

4. Next, roll out the shortcrust pastry and line the springform pan with it, forming a rim about 3 cm high.

5. Then pierce the dough base several times with a fork, cover with the apple slices and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.

6. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 45-55 minutes, until the cheese mixture is firm, then let the cake cool in the springform pan and then carefully loosen the edges.
