Fresh Cucumber Lemonade

Puree the cucumbers in a blender until smooth.

Strain the cucumber puree through a fine sieve and pour it into a carafe.

Add the lemon juice and honey (or sugar) to the carafe and mix well.

Add cold water and mix well.

Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and cucumber rounds.
