– 3g instant yeast (1 tsp)
– 4.5g salt (3/4 tsp)
– 15g unsalted butter (1 tbsp)
Garlic Butter Sauce
– 20g unsalted butter, softened (1.5 tbsp)
– 8g minced garlic (2 tsp)
– 10g honey (2 tsp)
– Pinch of salt
– Pinch of chopped parsley
