Napoleon Cake in 15 Minutes! Melts in your mouth!

Preparation

Puff Pastry:

  • Cut the puff pastry into strips about 1.5 cm wide.

  • Place the strips on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Vanilla Cream:

  • Whisk 4 eggs with 200 g sugar.

  • Stir in 60 g wheat flour and 60 g cornstarch.

  • Add 1 liter of milk and 10 g vanilla extract.

  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Then let it cool.

Whipped Cream:

  • Beat 250 ml of cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff.

Combine:

  • Gently fold the cooled vanilla cream into the whipped cream.

Assembly:

  • Layer the puff pastry strips and cream alternately.

  • Optionally, decorate with puff pastry crumbs.
