  • 1 cup fresh spinach (rich in folate)
  • ½ avocado (healthy fats + magnesium)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
