Southern Potato Salad

Here’s a classic Southern Potato Salad recipe — creamy, tangy, and perfect for BBQs, potlucks, or Sunday dinners.


🥔 Southern Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs (about 6 medium) Yukon Gold or russet potatoes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (preferably Duke’s or Hellmann’s)
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • ½ cup finely chopped dill pickles or sweet relish (your preference)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red or yellow onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
