These are my most popular bars. I usually make at least 500 of these at parties

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add in the mini marshmallows and stir just until they melt into the mixture.
  4. Quickly fold in the gummy candies.
  5. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Let cool completely at room temperature (or refrigerate for faster setting).
  7. Cut into bars and enjoy!

To keep your nougat bars fresh and chewy:

  • Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container lined with parchment or wax paper between layers. They’ll stay fresh for up to 3 days.
  • Refrigerator: Place in a sealed container for up to 1 week. Allow bars to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving so they soften slightly.
  • Freezer (for longer storage): Wrap bars individually in plastic wrap, then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
