This dish is called “Pork Chop Supreme” and my husband always feels like a king when he eats it

Ingredients:

6 boneless pork chops (you can also use bone-in chops, adjusting the cooking time)

4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup of milk

1 package of onion soup mix

1 can of onion cream

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 9×13 baking tray.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Fry each side in olive oil until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

Mix together cream of onion soup, onion soup mix, and milk.

Arrange potato slices on the bottom of the plate and garnish with ribs.

Pour soup mixture over ribs.

Cook for 60 minutes (longer if using bone-in ribs). The pork is ready when its internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).

Let the dish rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley to taste and serve.

Enjoy this delicious pork chop, which pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes or a casserole, juicy vegetables, or a refreshing salad. This recipe is sure to impress with its rich flavor and homemade charm, making it a sure-fire hit at any family gathering or dinner.
