This is my first time trying this cooking method, and the results are truly remarkable!

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Tray: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large disposable aluminum tray or a baking sheet, arrange the 1 pound of Italian sausages evenly.
  2. Add Vegetables & Season: Add the 2 sliced bell peppers and 1 sliced large onion around the sausages. Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the sausages and vegetables. Sprinkle the 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the entire tray. Toss everything gently to ensure that the sausages and vegetables are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
  3. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are browned and cooked through, and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Finish & Serve: Once done, remove the tray from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
