1. First, fry the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry the finely chopped onion and bell pepper.
2. Then stir in about 3/4 of the passata with the spices and let everything simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
4. Then mix the remaining pureed tomatoes with some seasoning and the cream, and put about half of it into a baking dish.
5. Next, fill the wraps, roll them up, and place them in the dish. Simply add any leftover filling to the dish. Finally, pour the remaining sauce over the wraps, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
