When I’m feeling lazy, I always make this dessert. Napoleon in a glass. You’ll just have to lick your fingers. Eaten in 2 minutes

Put the sugar in a nonstick pan and add the egg yolk.
Pour in the milk and whisk until smooth.
Add the flour and whisk again until smooth.
Place the pan on the stove over moderate heat.
Not everyone with a sweet tooth can imagine life without dessert.
However, we’re often too lazy to worry about the preparation.
Today we offer you a Napoleon recipe that’s easy to make right in the jar.

Preparation of the vanilla sauce:

Place the sugar in a nonstick pan and add the egg yolk.
Pour in the milk and whisk until combined.
Add the flour and whisk again until smooth.
Place the pan on the stove over moderate heat.
Cook
the cream for about 6 to 10 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and let cool.

Desserts:

Once the shortcrust pastry and cream have cooled,
begin assembling the dessert.
Ladle 2 tablespoons of the shortcrust pastry into glasses or cups.
Then add 2 tablespoons of the cream.
Repeat the layers until the container is full.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Serve, garnishing to taste.
Enjoy!
