Ingredients
For the Berry Lemon Filling:
· 8 cups mixed frozen berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
· 1 cup granulated sugar
· Zest of 1 large lemon
· ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (from about 1-2 lemons)
· ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· A pinch of salt
For the Crisp Topping:
· 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
· 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
· 1 cup packed light brown sugar
· 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
· ½ teaspoon salt
· ¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) cold unsalted butter, cubed
